Mardi Gras Parades! Now that's a parade Y'All

My mom would be so proud of me.My mom loves parades. And I have never been a big fan. I will forever be changed after experiencing a Mardi Gras parade. We did back to back parades in Louisiana and it was a blast! We went to one in Baton Rouge Saturday night then on Sunday we went to a parade in Metairie a
town close to New Orleans. I have to thank Kerry McDonald if it wasn't for her we may have skipped New Orleans all together. She turned me around and told me not to miss it and I am so glad I listened to her! THANKS SO MUCH KERRY FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND ADVICE!  We had so much fun at the parades it was a great experience!

Baton Rouge and L.S.U University

Crossing the Mississippi River heading into Baton Rouge Louisiana. This turned out to be such a fun night we ended up going to the first L.S.U. baseball game of the season in there brand new baseball stadium. And let me tell you it was really impressive. It was so much fun to be apart of. It was such a fun campus they even have there very own tiger on campus. Loved this night!

You can't go to a baseball game without having the good old fashioned baseball meal. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

 They had quite a few of these play places around the whole stadium. A real big hit for the kids!

 Our place we stayed at while in Baton Rouge. Corey didn't even use the showers at this place, that tells you something about the place. It was good enough for our short stay and cheap too.
